Fredericia - new agenda for local rainwater harvesting

Fredericia Spildevand's cooperation with Fredericia Municipality on the basis for projects in which rainwater can be used for recreational purposes. This means that the increased rain volume has to be managed on the surface and not be fed through sewer pipes.

The climate adaptation strategy project commenced in the spring of 2009 and is expected to receive political endorsement in early 2012.
