Rainwater management at nursing home in Gentofte

When renovating Denmark's oldest nursing home in Gentofte, the drainage will be altered so that all rainwater is managed on the surface. All the rainwater which falls on surfaces and roofs is fed via open ditches and drains to hollows in lawned areas, and from there on to a lake in a central location. From this lake, the water can then run on into a ditch which borders Ordrupvej.
