Infiltration of roof run-off in rain gardens and grass areas in Søborg, Copenhagen

In an existing area with terraced houses the roof run-off have been diverted. The downpipes have been turned away from the houses and the rainwater is running in trenches and infiltrated in rain gardens and in hollows in the grass. As a specialty a small lake has been constructed. It is surrounded by 70 m²  permeable paving, that is also working as a soakaway.
