In Gentofte Sports Park the rainwater from all new and existing artificial turf, grass pitches, pavings etc. is handled locally through a system of drainage, ditches with delay built in and wadis. The water is fed to two large infiltration areas, one being a grassy hollow and the other is designed as a recreational lake.
