Precipitation measurements
The Precipitation Steering Group comes under Spildevandskomitéen (the Water Pollution Committee). The steering group is responsible for operating and developing the precipitation measurement system in Denmark.

Since the start of 1979, the precipitation measurement system has grown in scope, with new precipitation meters continually being added - partly due to the publication of Water Pollution Committee document no. 27 and the introduction of radar, which requires point measurement calibration using precipitation meters. Currently, on-site measurements are only available for WSUD-systems. As soon as the measurements are made publicly available, we will provide a link to the results from this page.
