Detention basin Ringkøbing-Skjern
Ringkøbing-Skjern Forsyning has used Enregis Controlbos cassettes to construct 2 bigger detention basins. Underneath a playing field, a basin of 650 m3 has been established and under a market place, a basin of 360 m3 has been established.
The basin of 360 m3 is 60 meters long and 10 meter broad and with 2 inspection channels made of Enregis Controlbox size 60x60x60 cm.

The basin is placed in an area with high ground water level and is secured against buoyancy when empty.
Maintenance: After construction, it has been necessary to clean the channels, because the ground water contains ochre.
The sand trap at the inlet of the basin has to be emptied regularly and the 2 inspection channels can be high-pressure cleaned without deposits entering other parts of the basin.
